Refund Policy

Studio engagements are scoped in a written proposal or statement of work that sets out deliverables, milestones, fees, and payment schedule. That document governs the commercial relationship; this policy summarises our general approach.

An initial deposit reserves capacity and funds discovery and early design work. Because that work begins immediately, deposits are generally non-refundable once a project has commenced, except as set out in the relevant statement of work.

Where a project is cancelled mid-engagement, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable. Any prepaid amounts for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion, less reasonable costs already incurred.

Templates and other downloadable digital products are, by their nature, non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless they are materially defective.
