A design-and-build studio with instant quotes and a trilingual AI concierge.
The brief
Atrellis is a Singapore design-and-build studio: landed-property additions and alterations, BCA-compliant structural work, smart-home ecosystems and bespoke interiors. Every enquiry used to need a site visit before a number. The site had to qualify and quote without a sales team on the phone.
What we built
- 01A step-by-step quotation wizard that turns a renovation brief into an indicative quote and a PDF.
- 02“Didi”, a digital chief of staff that qualifies enquiries in English, Mandarin or Singlish, on the site and on Telegram, with the pricing logic behind her.
- 03Service pages that spell out the submission work — BCA, URA — alongside waterproofing, carpentry and smart systems, each from one data file.
- 043D scenes, a material configurator and a before-and-after slider, so an owner can preview finishes before committing.
- 05A sticky WhatsApp invitation and local-business structured data for the map pack.
