PropCRM
A bilingual property CRM — units, deals and money in one place.

The brief
A Singapore landlord and property manager runs rentals and sales for around two hundred clients. The spreadsheets and chat threads had stopped scaling. PropCRM was built for that business first, and as a product: other landlords onboard as their own isolated organisations.
What we built
- 01One ledger for deals: a lease and a sale are the same object, rent and instalments are both receivables, so arrears and cash sit in one view.
- 02Two roles kept apart by the database, not the interface — the master sees tenants, money and documents; sales sees only the vacancy pipeline and leads.
- 03Tenancy agreements read by AI, checked by a person, then committed to the ledger; AI drafts for listings, inspections, renewals and payment chasers.
- 04Nightly jobs that chase arrears, flag renewals and issue monthly statements; public share pages, PDF documents, QR codes and push notifications.
- 05English and Simplified Chinese throughout, offline as an installable app, and ninety-seven automated test files behind it.
