The brief
The House of Tan Yeok Nee is a national monument, the last of Singapore’s “Four Grand Mansions”. Its site had to tell the heritage story with the gravity it deserves, and take bookings for the venue and its dining.
What we built
- 01A photographic opening on the mansion’s roofline and courtyard, with sound.
- 02Heritage, Venue, Gallery, Highlights and Visit as the chapters of the story.
- 03“Book a table” as the standing invitation.
- 04Typography and pace set to a monument’s tempo: unhurried, spaced, legible.
